These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AuthForge platform ("Service"), operated by GlobalSync LLC ("AuthForge," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

AuthForge is a credit-based software license key authentication platform. Developers ("Customers") register applications, generate license keys, and authenticate end users against our API. Each successful authentication check consumes one (1) credit from the Customer's balance.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are a solo operation and make no uptime guarantees, SLA commitments, or promises of continuous availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but cannot be held liable for downtime.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@authforge.cc if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Credits and Billing

Credit Packs

Credits are purchased in one-time packs and do not expire. Current pricing is as follows:

• 10,000 credits: $10.00
• 30,000 credits: $15.00
• 100,000 credits: $30.00
• 500,000 credits: $100.00
• 1,000,000 credits: $150.00

Usage

Each API authentication check consumes one (1) credit. Heartbeat calls do not consume a full credit. Instead, every 10 heartbeat calls consume 1 credit. Credits are deducted at the time of the API call and are non-recoverable once consumed.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify credit pricing or pack structures at any time. Changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Previously purchased credits will not be affected by pricing changes.

4. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: refunds on unused credits are available within 14 days of purchase. Consumed credits are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for the software applications you protect using AuthForge. We are not responsible for what your software does.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support; unused credits may be refunded per our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The AuthForge platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by GlobalSync LLC. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of or rights to any AuthForge intellectual property. You retain all rights to the software applications you build and protect using our Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AuthForge and GlobalSync LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from unauthorized access or circumvention by third parties.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we ask that you first contact us at support@authforge.cc to attempt an informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
