Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited uses of the AuthForge platform. By using AuthForge, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
1. Prohibited Software
You may not use AuthForge to protect, distribute, or authenticate any software that:
- Contains or distributes malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, adware, or stalkerware
- Facilitates unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or accounts ("hacking tools")
- Harvests or exfiltrates data without the explicit knowledge and consent of the affected users
- Operates as a cryptominer, resource hijacker, or distributed computing client without user consent
- Is designed to harass, stalk, surveil, or harm specific individuals
- Violates third-party intellectual property rights, including software whose primary purpose is to bypass copy protection on others' software
- Circumvents or undermines the licensing systems of other legitimate software products
- Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
2. Prohibited Platform Conduct
You may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent AuthForge's own authentication or billing systems
- Share, resell, or sublicense your AuthForge account credentials
- Abuse the credit system through chargebacks, fraudulent purchases, or exploitation of billing errors
- Interfere with the stability or security of the AuthForge platform or its API
- Use AuthForge to collect personal data from end users beyond what is necessary for license validation without appropriate disclosure
3. Enforcement
AuthForge reserves the right to:
- Investigate any suspected AUP violation, including reviewing API logs and abuse reports
- Immediately suspend authentication validation for applications suspected of violating this policy
- Terminate accounts found to be in violation, with no obligation to provide a refund
- Report credible evidence of illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
We may act on abuse reports submitted by email by anyone, on full violation reports filed by signed-up users via the in-product reporting flow, or on issues discovered through our own monitoring. We are not obligated to provide advance notice before suspension in cases where we determine immediate action is necessary to protect our platform or users.
4. Reporting Violations
Anyone (public): email support@authforge.cc (no account required). Include as much detail as possible (for example application name or license key identifiers).
Signed-up users: you can file a structured report ticket from the dashboard after creating an account; signup only requires an email address. Use this when you want a full ticket thread inside the Service.
