This policy describes how refunds are handled for credit purchases made on the AuthForge platform, operated by GlobalSync LLC.

1. Credit Purchases

AuthForge sells credits in one-time packs that are used to authenticate license keys via our API. Credits are digital goods that are consumed upon use.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available when all of the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
• Zero credits from the purchased pack have been consumed by API calls
• The account is in good standing (not suspended or terminated for AUP violations)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Any credits from the pack have been consumed, regardless of the amount used
• The 14-day window has elapsed
• The account was terminated for Acceptable Use Policy violations
• The request is for a partial refund on a partially-used credit pack

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@authforge.cc with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your account
• The date of the purchase
• The credit pack amount purchased

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your account will be suspended immediately pending resolution of the dispute. We reserve the right to provide transaction records, usage logs, and this Refund Policy to the relevant financial institution as part of dispute resolution.

We strongly encourage contacting us first; most issues can be resolved quickly and without the friction of a formal dispute.
